Michigan Section News January 2018

Greetings to the Hams of Michigan,

This is my first section report to you since inheriting the role as your MI Section Manager.
A special thanks to Larry Camp, WB8R and the fine members of his staff for bringing me up to speed about what is happening in our state. I still have much to learn, so please be patient with me.

Also, I’d like to thank all who have reached out to contact me so far; it’s been a great opportunity to meet new amateurs, reconnect with some of my old friends around the state, and even a few colleagues who have moved to other geographies. For me, amateur radio is still a fascinating hobby after 50 years of being a part of the community.
